At Koya's Pickle, we take great care to ensure that every product is freshly prepared, hygienically packed, and delivered in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during delivery
Defective or spoiled
Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product and its packaging
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

A replacement product
A full or partial refund
Store credit (where applicable)

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or consumed food products
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Sale or promotional items, unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect
